Dan Greenbaum currently serves as a Director of Sales for Mexico. In this role, he is responsible for leading a sales team to drive customer success and revenue results for the company. Prior to this, he was the director of partner alliances and channels for Latin America for five years, leading the partner management team and covering top partners from Brazil, Mexico, and other Spanish-speaking countries. Previous to this role he was a sales director for eight years, managing a US-based sales team covering the Western US and Canada. He has been with ServiceNow for over 14 years and has over 20 years of sales experience in the enterprise software market.

Dan Greenbaum es actualmente el Director de Ventas de ServiceNow para México. En este rol, se responsabiliza por liderar el equipo de ventas para alcanzar la satisfacción del cliente y lograr las metas de ingresos para la compañía.
Previamente fue Director de alianzas con socios y canales para Latinoamérica por 5 años dirigiendo el equipo de gestión de socios abarcando a los socios principales de Brasil, México y países hispano hablantes.

Previously he worked for technology companies such SUNGARD Availability Services, Quest Software, and BMC Software, developing different territories and strategies over several countries in Latam.

Ricardo Sandoval es Director de ventas para México y países de habla hispana. Como líder dentro de la compañía es responsable por el crecimiento de ventas y la excelencia con el cliente, desarrollando planes y estrategias para países como México, Colombia, Perú, Costa Rica, Argentina y Chile

Anteriormente trabajó en compañías de tecnología como SUNGARD Availability Services , Quest Software y BMC software, desarrollando estrategias en diferentes territorios y países en Latinoamérica.

Durante su carrera se desempeñó con habilidades en manejo de ventas, captación de socios, liderazgo y ejecución que lo ha posicionado como una figura de asesoría confiable en la industria. As a director, he leads, coaches and manages a high-level team of consultants and advisors responsible for developing the best possible experiences for customers and prospects. Before that, and from 2008, he lead the service management strategy at IBM for eight years, leading many digital transformational projects for key customers in Mexico. He also teaches at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in the master's programs of MEM and MATI, helping many professionals to develop master's-level competencies. Has over 35 years of experience in the technology market.

Eduardo Martínez es responsable por el equipo de Soluciones de consultoría para México y países Hispano hablantes. Como director, lidera, prepara y gestiona un equipo de alto nivel con consultores y asesores responsables del desarrollo de la mejor experiencia posible para clientes y potenciales clientes.

Anteriormente, desde 2008 dirigió el equipo de Estrategia de Servicios de Gerencia en IBM por 8 años liderando proyectos de transformación digital para clientes claves en México, previamente durante 12 años participó en HP como Director Regional y Local de Consultorías e Integración y muchas otras responsabilidades relacionadas al cliente dirigiendo prácticas de consultoría para México y Latinoamérica.

Desde 2003 hasta el presente enseña en el Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey en el programa de maestrías de Gestión de la Ingeniería (MEM) y en Administración de Tecnologías de Información (MATI) ayudando a muchos otros profesionales a desarrollar sus competencias a nivel de Maestría promoviendo el talento de alta educación en la industria.

Tiene más de 35 años de experiencia en el mercado de tecnología y es formalmente ingeniero físico con un master en innovación profesional.
